Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and governance of the company's project portfolio to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with defined construction performance metrics. The role develops project management strategies, allocates resources, and oversees project monitoring and control while ensuring effective stakeholder coordination across project teams. It provides direction to project managers and cross-functional units to ensure operational alignment, risk mitigation, and timely decision-making. The position also drives continuous improvement in project delivery processes and performance reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in project management within infrastructure, construction, or related industries, with leadership exposure.
  • Proven track record in managing complex project portfolios, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, and project performance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage diverse stakeholders.
