About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead cross-functional teams, align project goals with strategic objectives, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across our key initiatives. In this role, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, streamline operational processes, and actively manage risk while fostering collaboration across engineering, product, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance & Execution: Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent progress reports, risk assessments, and resource tracking.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and enforce continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
- Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify potential delays or scope creep; implement risk mitigation strategies swiftly.
- Resource Allocation: Balance team capacity, prioritize backlogs, and ensure efficient resource utilization to meet business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 year of formal project management experience in a fast-paced environment (Tech, Finance, or Operations preferred).
- CSM experience is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional alignment.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve complex dependencies and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
