Project Management Specialist for Bataan

OVERVIEW:

A Project Management Specialist who will be assigned in Hermosa, Bataan is expected todevelop a detailed project execution plans including scope, timelines to ensuretimelycompletion with the guidance of the Assistant Project Manager. This person will act as the primary point of contact between the developer and construction operation grouptoensure that all worksmeetsindustry standards and the developer's specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Certification (Advantage)

• Certified Civil Engineer

Experience

• With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in handlingrealestate projects specifically in construction, engineering, and budget management.

Knowledge

• House and Land Development Process
• Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e.,Autocad)
• MS Office applications
• Business Ethics Frameworks
