Overview: The Project Management Senior Associate supports business mobilization by working with internal stakeholders to facilitate solutioning and operationalization of products and services for consumer merchants.
What you will be doing:
- End to end project management of new and existing partner rollouts.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such us Product, Tech, Relationship Managers, Operations, InfoSec etc. to ensure solution readiness prior launch.
- Identify potential technical or partnership risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure relevant approvals are obtained prior launch.
- Provide SME support to the business and relationship managers on the implementation of new and existing consumer products and services.
- Monitor the progress of the projects and provide the status reports to business stakeholders. Identify gaps and work with other Consumer Services and Enablement and Support members to manage and improve customer affecting implementations.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2+ years project management experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience in banking and financial industry is preferred.
- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective at communicating and comfortable presenting to cross-functional and external stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.
