Job Description:

Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
Create and standardize processes across all Expansion verticals of SPX through proper documentation and regular revisions
Identify pain points and provide business-impacting solutions through process improvement projects
Create process training decks and conduct orientations personalized for each function in relation to the Expansion department
Develop and regularly update the job descriptions and functions of each individual in the Expansion department
Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, or equivalent
At least 2 years of work experience in process excellence, project management, and/or analytics
A great track record of successful project management is required
High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
Willing to travel
