Job Description

  • PMO Leadership and Management
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities within the PMO, ensuring alignment with corporate governance practices.
  • Create and maintain standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Allocate Project Manager resource to implementation projects and conduct resource planning for upcoming opportunities.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that each project manager maintains comprehensive project documentation and records in the PMO repository, including generating regular reports on project status, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track PMO asset inventory, approve access to PMO application/tools, manage financial requirements for the PMO team, and work with HR for PMO recruitment.
  • Project Management Support
  • Provide guidance to project managers in developing project charter, plans and timelines, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and train project managers on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Serve as an escalation point and help resolve conflicts, risks, and issues that may arise during the project implementation.
  • Provide guidance on the change control process, ensuring that any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget are properly managed and approved.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and maintain a passing rate of Customer Care (QCares) score for the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • More than 5 years experience on IT Project Management/Project Delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, analytical, and teamwork skills.
  • Immediately adapts to a fast-paced working environment or has experience in working for a multi-national organization culture.
  • Accessible to co-workers and external client working schedule even beyond normal business hours.
  • Project Management Certifications (e.g. PMF, Agile, Scrum Master, Prince2, CAPM, PMP, etc.)
  • IT or Process-related certifications (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, SIAM, 6 Sigma, etc.)
  • Has completed Leadership and Management Trainings
