Define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities within the PMO, ensuring alignment with corporate governance practices.
Create and maintain standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Allocate Project Manager resource to implementation projects and conduct resource planning for upcoming opportunities.
Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure that each project manager maintains comprehensive project documentation and records in the PMO repository, including generating regular reports on project status, budgets, and timelines.
Track PMO asset inventory, approve access to PMO application/tools, manage financial requirements for the PMO team, and work with HR for PMO recruitment.
Project Management Support
Provide guidance to project managers in developing project charter, plans and timelines, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and train project managers on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Serve as an escalation point and help resolve conflicts, risks, and issues that may arise during the project implementation.
Provide guidance on the change control process, ensuring that any changes to project scope, schedule, or budget are properly managed and approved.
Ensure effective communication and information flow between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and maintain a passing rate of Customer Care (QCares) score for the team.
Minimum Qualifications
More than 5 years experience on IT Project Management/Project Delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate with different levels of the organization.
Strong leadership, organizational, coordination, analytical, and teamwork skills.
Immediately adapts to a fast-paced working environment or has experience in working for a multi-national organization culture.
Accessible to co-workers and external client working schedule even beyond normal business hours.
