Job Description

General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization) Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects) On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables

Experienced Specialist in one specialized discipline as well as having a thorough understanding of related disciplines. Will most often be a driving force behind the development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, processes or activities. Serves as final decision/opinion maker in the area, coaches, mentors and trains others on the area of expertise.

Ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the business area OR support sub-function in the context of the strategy for the department. Ensures appropriate policies, processes & standards are developed and implemented to support short to medium term tactical direction. Leads a team of Specialists ,sometimes with several hierarchical levels, with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

Job Performance Expectations:

1). Lead Gigwork Implementations

  • Manage endtoend delivery of gigbased client projects from scoping to execution and closeout.
  • Handle multiple shortcycle engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Own planning, timelines, deliverables, and escalations across assigned gig opportunities

2). Drive Agile, FastPaced Execution

  • Adapt quickly as requirements evolve in gig work and comes with a whole lot of unknown and requires staying highly agile and openminded.
  • Create rapid solutions, workflows, and microprocesses for emerging business needs.
  • Innovate continuously and bring forward new ideas that challenge traditional processes.

3). Orchestrate CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and workstream owners to ensure readiness and seamless execution.
  • Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders aligned and informed throughout every stage of delivery.

4). Client Engagement

  • Serve as primary point of contact with external clients for project updates, clarifications, and alignment.
  • Facilitate effective discussions where requirements are fluid or evolving.

5). Build Gigwork Standards

  • Capture insights from each engagement and feed them into a Gigwork Playbook that will be built.
  • Identify improvement areas and introduce repeatable, scalable practices for future opportunities Core Competencies.
