Project Management Intern

The Project Manager Intern will support the project management team in delivering high-quality software development projects using Agile methodologies. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying various Agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Aid in directing cross-functional teams in the successful execution of project plans and resolving technical and business issues.
• Help develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals.
• Proactively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and identify potential issues.
• Support the monitoring of project progress and performance, providing actionable feedback.
• Assist in managing project risks and uncertainties, handling modifications as necessary.
• Collaborate with Agile leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Help allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Agile project management principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project management software tools
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in project management
• Experience facilitating scrum events and promoting agile values
• Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies
• Understanding of financial collaboration in project management
