Job Description
The Project Management Intern – Financial Operations will support the Financial Operations team by helping prepare financial reporting materials, maintaining data sets and trackers, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to validate information, and contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules, working files, and data sets required for monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and areas requiring further investigation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to validate information, clarify transactions, and gather additional business context.
- Consolidate stakeholder responses and follow-ups and maintain a clear tracker of outstanding items.
- Flag unresolved or incomplete items that require further clarification or Finance review.
- Track project tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables related to Financial Operations initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve or automate financial reporting and operational processes.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and other special projects as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and multiple data sources.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.
