Project Management Associate (Saas & Agile)

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Management Associate to join our Information Technology team supporting E-Commerce and SaaS initiatives.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end tech project delivery, coordinate across teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ensure projects meet schedule and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Build comprehensive project plans (work plans, team structure, stakeholder involvement, configuration management, and general management plans) under the guidance of the PMO.
• Execute project plans to meet organizational standards for schedule and quality.
• Monitor project progress and deliver clear status reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, scope changes, and risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple concurrent tech projects effectively.

Department & Sprint Coordination:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
• Prepare and refine backlog items for recurring sprints and project implementations.
• Drive conflict resolution guided by core scrum values: openness, honesty, and respect.

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years in technical project management, with a strong focus on SaaS or E-Commerce products.
• Hands-on experience delivering web, mobile, or software development projects.
• Proven track record leading projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Prior experience managing project rosters of 5 to 10 team members.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, resource deployment, software release management, and concurrent project handling.
