We are looking for a Project Maintenance Analyst to support our global consulting operations across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You will be key to managing contract terms, setting up project codes, and ensuring accurate client billing and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project setups, standard contract terms, signatures, and approvals.
- Set up and update project codes and customer details in ERP systems.
- Run and resolve weekly exception reports (agreements, budgets, transfer pricing schedules, task validations).
- Conduct peer reviews to guarantee data accuracy and completeness.
- Handle non-routine project setup issues and escalate complex items to leadership.
- Collaborate across global financial services teams to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Billing, Project Accounting, Data Analysis, or Accounts Receivable.
- Systems: Proficiency in Oracle ERP (or similar enterprise accounting platforms) and MS Excel. Shared Services/BPO experience is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of core accounting, high attention to detail, and ability to analyze financial data.
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for global stakeholder collaboration.
