For PL:
• Proven experience as a Project Leader or equivalent role in software development
• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET development
• Japanese Language Proficiency: N2 level — capable of handling business-level communication in Japanese both verbally and in writing
• Experience coordinating between offshore and onsite teams
• Ability to directly communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Experience in project progress reporting, issue escalation, and task coordination
For PG:
• Hands-on development experience in C# / .NET
• Japanese Language Proficiency: N4 to N3 level — capable of basic to intermediate business communication in Japanese
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions and documentation in Japanese
• Experience working in a team-based software development environment
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
