Job Summary
The Project Lead supports the Finance Transformation Office in executing project coordination activities, documentation, reporting, and basic analysis for transformation initiatives across RELX One Finance. The role contributes to improving processes, strengthening project governance, and enabling smoother execution of finance‑related projects
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering project requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Support the preparation of project deliverables, including project plans, status updates, documentation, and RAID logs.
- Help track project milestones, timelines, and progress using standard FTO project management tools.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Support process mapping sessions and help document As‑Is and To‑Be workflows.
- Perform simple data analysis and assist in generating project dashboards or reports.
- Contribute to change management tasks such as drafting communications, coordinating training sessions, and preparing materials.
- Provide administrative support for project files, documentation organization, and project repository management.
- Perform other transformation‑related tasks as assigned by Project Managers or Transformation Leads.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or any related business or project management discipline.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., timelines, deliverables, risks).
- Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to create organized documentation and track information accurately.
- Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret simple datasets.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
