a. Job Summary:
Provide strategic direction, as approved, for consistent and effective customer service of assigned project(s)
b. Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Minimize the escalation of issues
2. Consistently update functional teams on project-related concerns
3. Project-related risk assessments
4. Handle difficult clients
5. Coordination with departments concerned with project completion to prepare unit turnovers
6. Meets with high-value clients and/or clients endorsed by senior management to resolve their concerns and build positive business relationships with them
7. Meets with banks pertaining to buyer financing requirements and buyer concerns
8. Participates in company meetings in his/her capacity
9. Conducts group meetings on a regular basis
c. Occasional, Special Duties, Special Projects:
1. Attend meetings/hearings in government offices pertaining to legal cases filed by FLI buyers
2. Inspection of sites to assess handover status
