Summary Of Role
The Project Integration Manager owns the planning, coordination, and execution of mobilization and integration for solar and BESS O&M projects across NovaSource's global portfolio. This role is based in the Philippines and will primarily support clients and project teams in Australia, with occasional support to EMEA regions as business needs require.
This role manages multiple concurrent projects across time zones and serves as a direct, confident point of coordination between customers and internal teams. Success requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to push back professionally when scope, timing, or risk must be managed.
This is not an order-taking role. The Project Integration Manager is expected to influence outcomes, enforce boundaries, and proactively drive action with clients and internal stakeholders in Australia and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead mobilization, integration, and onboarding of solar and BESS O&M sites, primarily for Australian clients
- Manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies across multiple active projects and regions
- Proactively identify risks related to scope, timing, resourcing, or regional constraints and drive mitigation actions
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Australian clients, setting and reinforcing clear expectations
- Confidently manage challenging client requests, including pushing back when requests fall outside scope or introduce risk
- Communicate clearly and directly across time zones, cultures, and organizational levels
- Provide support to EMEA projects as required
Cross-Functional Influence
- Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Safety, Commercial, IT, and regional teams
- Influence without authority to align stakeholders and drive execution
- Hold internal and external parties accountable to commitments and timelines
Change & Issue Management
- Evaluate change requests, clearly communicate impacts, and recommend go/no-go decisions
- Own issue resolution from identification through closure
- Escalate issues only when necessaryand always with a clear recommendation
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver concise, decision-ready project updates for Australian and EMEA stakeholders
- Conduct post-integration reviews focused on lessons learned and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 58 years of hands-on project management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proven ability to manage high workloads across multiple time zones
- Demonstrated experience setting boundaries with clients or senior stakeholders
- Strong independent judgment and comfort making decisions without constant escalation
- Financial literacy in budgeting, forecasting, and change management
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MS Project or similar tools preferred
- Willingness to align working hours to support Australian business hours when required
