- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience
- Minimum 10 years in civil engineering inspection, preferably dams and hydro.
- Experience in HSE implementation and monitoring.
- Experience with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong civil engineering knowledge related to dams and hydropower.
- In-depth HSE knowledge.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
- Strong inspection skills.
- Effective communication and reporting.
