- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Master's Degree in Structural/Geotechnical Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC or equivalent)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Construction Safety Training (e.g., COSH/BOSH)
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
- QA/QC Training
- Environmental Management Training
- Minimum 8–10 years of civil engineering experience
- At least 5 years in transmission line or power infrastructure projects
- Experience in dam and hydro-related transmission systems (switchyard, transmission corridor)
- Experience in foundation works (pile foundation, mass concrete, soil improvement)
- Experience working in remote or mountainous terrain preferred
- Knowledge of transmission tower foundation design
- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE)
- Soil mechanics and geotechnical principles
- Familiarity with FIDIC contract provisions
- Concrete technology & material testing
- Experience with drone/site digital monitoring
- Interpretation of IFC drawings & survey data
- Knowledge of GIS applications
- Quantity verification and measurement
- Exposure to hydropower project lifecycle
- MS Office and reporting tools
- Primavera P6 familiarity
