Project-in-Charge

Job description:

• Manage overall project execution from planning to turnover.
• Coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Review construction drawings and ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and project costs.
• Evaluate contractor performance and verify billings.
• Ensure compliance with permits and government regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve project issues.
• Oversee utility coordination and unit turnover.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Preferably a Licensed and Registered Architect
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Project, and other relevant construction software
• Proven experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, and project execution
• Experience in reviewing plans, managing budgets, and handling project timelines
