Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Project-in-Charge to lead and oversee construction operations for a project based in Lian, Batangas.

The Project-in-Charge will be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring that construction works are completed according to approved plans, schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and execution of the assigned project.
Oversee and manage site activities, manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Ensure that project works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
Coordinate closely with management, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and resolve operational and construction-related concerns on site.
Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and project requirements to ensure efficient site operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Prepare and submit project updates, accomplishment reports, and other required documentation.
Identify potential project issues and implement appropriate solutions to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
Lead and supervise the project team and ensure proper coordination among all personnel involved.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related engineering course.
Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
With proven experience as a Project-in-Charge, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar leadership role in construction.
Strong experience in land development and horizontal construction projects.

Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Capable of managing site operations, project teams, subcontractors, and multiple construction activities.
Willing to work on a full-time, site-based assignment in Lian, Batangas.
Available for project-based employment.
