Job Description
Photography Assets:
- High-quality images showcasing UnionBanks workplace culture, employee engagement, and key company events.
- Employee portraits, team photos, and candid shots reflecting the banks values and inclusive work environment.
Videography Content:
- A series of short-form videos (1-2 minutes) highlighting the EVP messaging, employee testimonials, leadership messages, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of UnionBanks work culture.
- Social media-ready video snippets for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Static Ads and Digital Assets:
- A set of static digital ads (including banners, posters, and infographics) designed for use across multiple platforms (social media, job boards, recruitment materials).
- Design of branded templates for internal communication, employee newsletters, and event promotions.
- Optimized ad versions for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Internal Communication Materials:
- Visual assets (videos and images) for internal platforms (Intranet, email newsletters, and employee engagement tools).
- Recognition campaign materials (posters, digital banners) for internal employee awards and milestones.
Social Media Content:
- A full suite of multimedia content tailored to UnionBanks social media channels, including:
- Short videos, employee stories, and leadership insights for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Engaging visuals for recruitment campaigns and talent engagement initiatives.
Revised and Optimized Content:
- Revisions based on feedback from internal stakeholders (Employer Branding Head, HR Team, and others).
- Optimization of all creative content to ensure alignment with UnionBanks brand guidelines and EVP messaging.
Content Performance Report (End of Engagement):
- A final report summarizing the performance of the content across platforms (engagement rates, reach, and feedback).
- Insights on what worked well and recommendations for future campaigns based on the analysis of the contents impact.
Content Handover:
- A comprehensive content archive containing all assets (photos, videos, designs) produced during the engagement, organized for easy access and future use.
Qualification:
1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent creative work portfolio.
Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and videography.
- Advanced skills in video editing and post-production.
- Ability to design static ads, banners, and other visual assets.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative storytelling, and messaging alignment.
- Ability to adapt content for various platforms, including social media and internal communications.
