Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support project finance structuring and execution for energy projects
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project feasibility, returns, and risks
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for internal stakeholders, investors, and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects
- Conduct commercial and financial analysis to support decision-making across projects
- Support negotiation of commercial agreements and financing arrangements
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape within the energy sector
The Successful Applicant
A Project Finance Senior Manager Should Have
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field with expertise in project finance.
- Excellent skills in financial modeling and analysis for large-scale projects.
- Ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial agreements effectively.
- Knowledge of the energy and natural resources industry, particularly in the Philippines or similar markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
