Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Site Engineer to support our Senior Project Engineer in the execution of water utility, pipeline, and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with foremen and subcontractors, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and assisting in project documentation.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy field work and want to grow into future Project Engineer positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and project progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare daily accomplishment reports and site documentation.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling.
- Coordinate inspections with clients and consultants.
- Monitor quality, safety, and housekeeping on site.
- Assist in quantity verification and material monitoring.
- Immediately report site issues, delays, and risks to the Senior Project Engineer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred but not required.
- 2–5 years of construction experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, roads, drainage, pipeline, or water utility projects is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
