Project Execution Manager

BASIC QUALIFICATION:

Graduate of BS in Civil, Electrical or Electronics and Communications Engineering

At least 15 years work experience in Construction and Consultancy

Relevant work experiences in project implementation/execution

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To assist in the planning and directing the activities of LRMC's Cavite Extension Management Team (CEMT) to achieve stated, agreed targets and compliance in accordance with the requirements of the Concession Agreement (CA), the EPC Contract and the Lender's requirements. Specifically, work closely with, and support the CEMT: RAIL SYTSTEMS MANAGER; RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER, ROW & UTILITIES MANAGER and; CONTRACTS MANAGER to ensure successful implementation and conclusion of the Cavite Extension Project and integration with the Existing System in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EPC Contract.
