Job Summary
The
Project Engineer (Civil) is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of vertical construction projects such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings. The role ensures compliance with approved plans, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Education & License:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (required)
Experience
- 23 years of job-related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role
- With experience in horizontal projects (e.g., roads, drainage, infrastructure, site development)
Skills And Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural works for vertical construction
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Basic knowledge of project scheduling and cost control
- Proficient in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
