Monitors construction of new SEAOIL stations and provides regular updates pertinent to ongoing projects.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Supervises, coordinates and schedules the activities for the repair, renovation and construction of new and existing gasoline refilling stations.
2. Provides the estimate for materials and the workers required to complete the job in repair, renovation and construction of gasoline refilling stations.
3. Responsible for the regular/routine inspection of work progress of ongoing progress of new and existing gasoline stations to ensure safety and that all specifications are met.
4. Provides the needed reports, evaluation and transfer form of all assets in the area.
5. Analyze problems and provide solutions to concerns related to the maintenance/construction of new and existing gasoline refilling stations.
6. Coordinates with other departments, suppliers, contractors and government agencies to ensure the completion of the maintenance/construction of new and existing gasoline refilling stations.
7. Responsible for the ordering/requisition of materials needed for the repair, renovation and maintenance of equipment and facilities of gasoline refilling stations.
8. Confer with the Project Management Supervisor, Retail Engineering Senior Manager, technical personnel, other departments, contractors, suppliers and other government agencies to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
9. Monitors and implements technical designs, procedures and other documents essential to the maintenance/construction of gasoline refilling stations including its equipment.
10. Convey, implement and interpret technical drawing plans to contractor or inhouse workers.
11. Relay to the Project Management Supervisor and Retail Engineering Senior Manager the concern of the personnel and other issues in the assigned area.
12. Monitors and updates SEAOIL Asset Inventory Monitoring file.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE

    • Graduate of any course related to Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical Technology and Civil Engineering
    • Licensed engineer
    • At least 6 months to 3 years of experience related to machineries, electronics, mechanical and construction scope.
    • Open to fresh graduates.
    • Handles a non professional / professional Driver's license
    • Preferably with related experience in petroleum industry, machineries, electrical and civil
Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
