Job Overview: The position is responsible for the
engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The jobs
primary goal to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project
reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
Job Requirements
- Registered Mechanical Engineer
- Less than a year's experience in project management work (with mechanical or electro-mechanical scopes)
- Fresh graduates are welcome as long as interested in site project management
- Must have an updated driver's license (2 wheels / 4 wheels)
- Resident of Muntinlupa/ Laguna preferred.
Job Description
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of awarded company construction projects.
- Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees, project-based workers, subcontractors and monitoring the project team.
- Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and representing the company in the field.
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with concerned engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
- Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
- Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
- Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable construction related safety standards.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management/ immediate head from time to time.
