Project Engineer (Project-based)

We are seeking skilled Project Engineers to join our dynamic construction team at LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. as part of our full-time workforce. This pivotal role will be based in Legazpi City Albay and will play a crucial part in overseeing and managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Developing detailed project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
• Ensuring that all construction work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
• Preparing detailed progress reports and communicating regularly with key stakeholders
• Providing technical expertise and support to the wider construction management team

What we're looking for

• Degree and License as a Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry; Newly-licensed Engineers are welcome to apply
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from start to finish
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and building regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in using construction project management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Willing to travel and relocate
• Willing to be Legazpi-based
