Job Qualifications
- BS Civil Engineering graduate (PRC licensed preferred).
- Experience in construction project implementation is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in roofing, cladding, ceilings, or façade systems is an advantage.
- Willing to travel, perform fieldwork, and render overtime when necessary.
- Supervise daily project site operations and manpower.
- Monitor project schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Prepare accomplishment reports, billing requirements, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely project completion and successful turnover
