Project Engineer

What you will do:

ACMV Projectplanning, cost control and execution. Supervision of work at site. Otherspecial works as assigned by supervisor from time to time. Assumeresponsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customerssatisfaction.
How you will do it:

. Plan workschedule for the ACMV project under responsibility, in coordination withsupervisor

. Coordinate andmonitor work progress with customers and relevant parties for information toexpedite installation

. Supervision ofwork at site

. Schedulepurchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner

. Check andensure all installations conform to project specifications

. Update projectsprogress regularly to his supervisor

. Assign task to,and supervision of task

. Systemapplications, drafting, database generation and commissioning

. Identify andsecure variation order

. Cost control.Monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS

. Ensure that allwork completed are filed and invoiced

. Follow-up onpayment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers

. Train customerand provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit

. Hand overproject to customer and later to service team

. Perform regularquality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors Qualifications

What we look for:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Building Services/BMS/BAS/Controls/M&E or construction
• Knowledge in AutoCad, MS office & MS project
• Good written and communication skills
• Good project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
