Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred.
- Preferably 2–3 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
- Knowledgeable in BOQ, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, site supervision, and project documentation.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License is an advantage.
- Coordinate and monitor daily construction and installation activities.
- Review plans and assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, installers, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and site requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and report delays, rework, variations, and project concerns.
- Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and accomplishment reports.
- Assist in project turnover, close-out, and other technical support as needed.
