Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Telecom/HDD projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Assist in Permitting and Compliance:
Collaborate with the ROW (Right-of-Way) Officer for compliance.
Interface with LGUs (Local Government Units) and DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) during project implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the point of contact for client representatives, managing emails, queries, and concerns.
Conduct meetings with clients representatives to provide updates and gather requirements.
Design and Implementation:
Use AutoCAD to create project designs and oversee their execution.
Ensure designs are implemented accurately during the project lifecycle.
Governance and Reporting:
Develop governance models, processes, and documentation to ensure structured project implementation.
Define and monitor KPIs across various project milestones, including Design, Permitting, Implementation, PAT (Provisional Acceptance Testing), and RFS (Ready for Service).
Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to both internal teams and external clients.
Risk Management and Quality Control:
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables.
Task Delegation and Budget Monitoring.
Delegate tasks to team members effectively.
Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are kept under control.
Support Functions:
Assist with project estimation, bidding, and other tasks as assigned by management.
Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
A graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent courses
Licensed ECE (required)
At least 3 years of relevant experience under telecom companies
Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays and on night shifts
Preferably knows how to drive and with valid driving license
