Job Description
Core Function: Business development, technical sales, and account management for Building Automation and Early Detection Solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits, review technical requirements, prepare quotations, and deliver technical support.
Full Sales Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end client engagement, including pre-sales preparations and post-sales follow-up.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong networks with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Required Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Building Automation.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Building Automation, Technical Sales, or Project Management.
Language Skillset: Proficiency in English and Chinese to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking clients from China.
Key Soft Skills: Independent, proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation, presentation, and selling capabilities.
Training Provided: Comprehensive product training provided specifically for Early Detection Solutions.
