Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and quantity take-offs for civil works projects.
Review project plans, specifications, and other related documents to identify requirements and potential cost impacts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project scope, design changes, and progress updates.
Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor on going project costs and assist in preparing progress reports, forecasts, and financial summaries.
Conduct site visits to gather data for estimation and verify actual site conditions.
Ensure all engineering and construction activities to comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Assist in bid preparation, tender documentation, and value engineering initiatives.
Provide technical support and recommendations to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering Management
Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
4-6 years of experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
Proven experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design standards.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g. Planswift or similar)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
