Project Engineer

Job Description:

• Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
• Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
• Attend coordination meetings
• Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
• Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
• Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
• Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
• Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure
• Manage project execution

Job Qualification

• sCandidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• .At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
