Job Description:
-Reviews and interpret architectural and engineering plans
-Assess and update the Project Timelines, dependencies, and task sequences based on the actual condition of the Project.
-Regularly update the Contractor's Performance Monitoring including the weekly update of the Project Master Schedule to maintain the accurate measurement of the Project's Physical Accomplishment.
-Inspect project on Site to ensure that architectural aspects are being implemented properly
-Prepare progress reports, status reports and accomplishments
-Coordinates with different department to resolves issues or any concerns
-Attend contractor or supplier meetings
-Reviews and manages Contractor's submittals, approvals, and relevant documentation.
-Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
-Supervise group of workers and evaluate the productivity
-Evaluate the completeness and correctness of the Contractor's billing, cross-check with the records, assessing the Earned Value's (EV) status of the awarded Work Package.
-Regularly update the project accomplishments and identify possible cause of delays
-Participate on the compliance with LEED and Sustainability requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably licensed Civil Engineer
-Construction background with at least moderate experience on vertical developments
-In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principle
-Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (Building codes, Fire codes)
-Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
-Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud and Microsoft Office
-Must be willing to work at Binan, Laguna
-Familiarity with construction / project management softwares
-Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-A team player with leadership skills
