Scope of Work

Phase 2 & 3:

Bordereaux Analysis & BM Tool Mapping (Phase 3 - new treaties)

1. Defining the user requirements on the BM Tool program for the treaties set up in Phase 2.
2. Assist in creating the BM Tool that will be used to translate the bordereaux from the cedant to SICS Input File

Data Extraction

1. Using a program installed on the user machine, the task will include to retrieve the source data (raw bordereaux Excel sheet) as input to the program.
2. Necessary required parameters will be set before running the Extract process within the program.
3. User collects the resulting Excel file (with SICS-agreed template) and store to the correct output folder location for further processing

Name Clean up and Summary Reconciliation

1. From the resulting output of the Data Extraction process above, a manual step to validate and segregate (if necessary) the Name fields (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name/Initials)
2. Manual check of raw bordereaux totals on certain fields (eg.Sum Insured) vs the Summary Line of the resulting output of Data Extraction process above
3. Reporting of any discrepancy observed (on step B)
4. Saving of the corrected output on the appropriate Upload folder

Cession Loading

1. Process the uploading of the SICS-template output from the Name Clean up task above;
2. Validation of output after processing the uploading of cessions in SICS;
3. Updating of upload tracker for monitoring and reporting

BAU Support:

• Documentation of inward /outward transactions;
• Preparation of Claims Processing Sheet;
• Other Clerical tasks as may deemed necessary.
