Project Director

• Direct the delivery of complex, multi-country enterprise SaaS and EOR implementation projects across the APAC region.

This is not just a standard delivery role it is a clear, structured succession path. You will spend your first year co-leading our regional project management team alongside current Director. As they step up into an international commercial leadership function over the next 12 months, you will progressively take the reins of the entire APAC implementation and project delivery organization.

about the job

• Partner with the Director to deep-dive into our project portfolio, build trust with key client sponsors, and understand our regional team dynamics.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of concurrent, multi-country payroll and cloud-based HRMS implementations.
• Manage, coach, and scale a high-performing team of project managers and consultants across multiple APAC countries.
• Act as a critical bridge between Sales, Product R&D, and Service Delivery teams to elevate our implementation governance and methodologies.

skills and experience required
10+ years of robust project management experience, with a proven track record specifically withinPayroll Outsourcing, HR Technology, Employer of Record (EOR), or Enterprise HCM SaaS.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder system rollouts across multiple countries and time zones in the Asia-Pacific region.

Strong exeperience leading other people managers and managing remote, culturally diverse teams.
