JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Consolidates and prepares Quarterly. Semestral and Annual Provincial Accomplishment Report. 2. Provides inputs in the preparation of the Regional Work and Financial Plan. 3. Provides technical support in the implementation/conduct of Spot Checks, Impact Evaluation and other research activities. 4. Conducts Filed monitoring as required by the Regional Director. 5. Submits periodic and special reports as needed. 6. Recommends policies and/or strategies pertaining to planning, monitoring and evaluation, and research as needed. 7. Participates in the conduct of Regional Program Review and Evaluation Workshop (PREW). 8.
