What is your mission
We are looking for a Project Designer III with extensive experience in Revit, BIM, multifamily residential design, and construction documentation. This role supports architectural projects from design development through construction, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders while delivering high-quality drawings, permit packages, and project documentation that meet applicable codes, standards, schedules, and quality expectations.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Develop high-quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit/BIM
- Participate in design development and provide creative solutions, concepts, and design recommendations
- Research and apply building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
- Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and permit drawing packages
- Contribute to design presentations for project teams and stakeholders
- Maintain and organise architectural drawing files and project documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, surveyors, permitting authorities, and project stakeholders
- Assist in the development and review of site plans, grading plans, and drainage plans
- Attend project coordination meetings, design reviews, and construction-related discussions
- Respond to RFIs, submittals, and change order requests in a timely manner
- Assist with construction-phase services, including site observations and field reviews
- Prepare reports documenting construction progress and compliance with contract documents
- Review construction issues and assist in resolving design-related challenges
- Conduct quality control reviews of architectural and consultant drawings
- Review project documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Support accessibility and ADA compliance efforts
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines
- Provide regular project status updates to supervisors and project leadership
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Requirements
Who are we looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of architectural design experience
- Minimum of 4 years of multifamily residential design experience
- Minimum of 7 years of Revit experience (including applicable educational experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM systems
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation standards
- Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements
- Proficiency with architectural detailing and drawing production
- Experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, or residential development projects
- Experience coordinating with consultants and permitting agencies
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and construction administration processes
- Architectural licensure is not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
