Role Description

We're hiring a Project Designer III with a strong architectural design background to support large‑scale multifamily residential projects.

This role is strictly for candidates with architectural production and construction documentation experience. Backgrounds in BIM coordination, structural engineering, or construction management will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Autodesk Revit experience, specifically for architectural drawings and construction documentation

• 7+ years of total architectural design and production experience

• Experience working in an architectural firm or real estate company

• Strong hands‑on involvement in construction documents and architectural design deliverables

• At least 2 years of multifamily residential experience on 200+ unit apartment projects

• Experience in exterior wood‑frame design

• Must have a purely architectural design background (not structural engineering, BIM coordination, or construction management)

Portfolio requirement:

Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating relevant multifamily architectural work (Revit‑based CDs preferred). Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
