Align outsourced partner deliverables with project milestones and financial documentation requirements.
Consolidate updates from contractors, consultants, and vendors into unified reports for the PMG Division Head.
Escalate risks, delays, and noncompliance to the Division Head with recommended corrective actions.
Stakeholder Management
Act as liaison between internal teams and outsourced partners.
Facilitate coordination meetings and ensure expectations are clearly communicated.
Resolve conflicts between design intent, contractor execution, and project requirements.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure outsourced partners adhere to SMEDD standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with QA/QC consultants and safety auditors.
Maintain centralized records of partner contracts, deliverables, and compliance reports.
Analytics & Reporting
Conduct variance and trend analysis on cost, schedule, and quality performance.
Develop dashboards and stoplight reports for Division Head visibility.
Generate stakeholder-specific insights: executive summaries for Division Head, operational detail for site teams, compliance logs for auditors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
College graduate of any Engineering or Business-related courses. Engineering degree preferred (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects.
Proven track record in project coordination, documentation, and compliance.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred; for internal candidates, attainment of any level under the EDD University Curriculum (Bronze to Gold badge) is required.
Planning/Scheduling Experience required.
