A senior leadership role responsible for building, governing, and continuously improving an organization's project delivery capabilities while ensuring successful execution of strategic programs and projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivery Strategy and Governance

• Define and implement the project delivery strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish project management standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and risk management requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for delivery performance.

Portfolio and Program Oversight

• Provide executive oversight for strategic projects and programs.
• Monitor portfolio health, project performance, and delivery outcomes.
• Review project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Capability Development

• Build and strengthen project delivery capabilities across the organization.
• Develop competency frameworks, career paths, and certification programs.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training and development initiatives.
• Resource and Workforce Management
• Develop workforce planning strategies for project delivery teams.
