JOB OVERVIE

W:We are seeking a highly organized and systems-oriented Project Coordinator VA to support the execution and management of client projects behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in project management platforms, loves creating efficient workflows and templates, and can keep projects moving with strong organization and proactive communicatio

n.
The Project Coordinator VA will be responsible for setting up and maintaining streamlined project systems, managing timelines and deliverables, proactively tracking project progress, keeping Client informed on project status, and sending weekly written project updates to clients via Sla

ck.
This is not a client-facing role in terms of meetings or strategy calls. Communication with clients will be limited to written updates and coordination through Sl
