Job Description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support in the planning, coordination, and implementation of tourism programs, projects, events, and activities of the department.
  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of reports, memoranda, correspondence, and other official documents related to tourism operations.
  • Assist in the documentation, monitoring, and preparation of reports on departmental activities, meetings, and field operations.
  • Support the promotion and dissemination of tourism-related activities of Quezon City to stakeholders and the public.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree graduate (preferably BS Tourism Management graduate)
  • Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus
  • Eligibility: Civil service eligibility is an advantage but not required.
