IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or delivery within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud services, and end-user support terminology.
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving accountability across technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (being able to interact with end-users effectively)
- High level of customer service and customer advocacy skills and proven ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to work independently, yet part of a collaborative team
YOUR DAILY TASKSProject Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee small to medium-sized infrastructure, cloud, and end-user support projects.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and task tracking using ConnectWise.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, ensuring clear scope, roles, and expectations are defined.
- Conduct regular status meetings with internal teams and clients to track progress and resolve issues.
- Monitor project budgets and hours to ensure delivery within scope and financial targets.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and change requests.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Provide timely updates and communication tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Process & Compliance:
- Ensure all project activities align with MSP delivery standards and best practices.
- Support post-project reviews and closure activities, including documentation handover and client feedback collection.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery lifecycle.
