Project Coordinator/Sales Coordinator (Up to ₱40,000 | Remote | Dayshift)

Philippines | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT | Monday to Friday

As a Project Qualification Coordinator, you're the critical first step in turning raw construction leads into sales-ready opportunities. You review incoming project opportunities from platforms like BCI and EstimateOne, dig into plans and specifications, and translate them into clear bills of quantities that set up the sales team for success.

This is a desk-based, detail-driven role built for someone who's comfortable working independently, reading construction and landscape documentation, and keeping CRM records airtight. You'll work closely with Business Development Managers, giving them everything they need — the right contacts, the right numbers, the right documents — before a single sales conversation happens.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 3 years of experience in construction, estimating, tendering, project coordination, drafting, or sales support (or a similar role)
• Good understanding of construction stages, tender processes, and project timeframes
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large amounts of project information
• Clear written and spoken English for professional email and phone communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate records
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and a CRM or project database
• Reliable internet, suitable equipment, and a professional remote working environment

STRONG SIGNALS

• Ability to read construction, architectural, civil, or landscape plans
• Experience matching drawings with schedules and specification documents
• Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, or tender summaries
• Experience with HubSpot, BCI Central, EstimateOne, or similar platforms
• A qualification in construction, architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, quantity surveying, or drafting

Project Opportunity Research

You own the first read on every incoming opportunity, screening it for fit before it moves further down the pipeline.

• Review new project opportunities from BCI, EstimateOne, and other approved sources
• Check project scope, construction stage, tender dates, and expected purchasing timeframes
• Review construction and landscape plans, schedules, and specifications to identify relevant products

Bill of Quantities & Stakeholder Contact

You ensure every opportunity is backed by accurate numbers and the right people to talk to.

• Prepare a clear bill of quantities showing products and quantities required for quotation
• Identify the correct project contacts, including designers, builders, contractors, developers, and councils
• Contact project stakeholders by email or phone when details or documents need to be confirmed

CRM Management & BDM Handover

You maintain the system of record and make sure nothing gets lost between qualification and sale.

• Create and update accurate company, contact, and deal records in HubSpot
• Attach the latest available plans, specifications, schedules, and tender information to each deal
• Provide the BDM with a clear handover covering the project, contacts, BOQ, quote deadline, timeframe, and next action
• Keep assigned deals current and follow up on missing information as required
