Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming emails, handling customer inquiries and project-related correspondence on behalf of the business owner.
- Review project requirements and prepare accurate quotations using established pricing matrices and company guidelines.
- Interpret and analyze technical documentation, including Indoor DAS designs, AutoCAD drawings, PDF plans, iBwave files, specifications, and engineering documents.
- Generate detailed cost estimates and proposals based on project scope, technical drawings, and DAS design requirements.
- Review and analyze iBwave designs to support project estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
- Assist with project management activities by monitoring project progress, organizing documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized records of quotations, project documentation, client communications, and technical files.
- Prepare proposals, bid submissions, and project-related documentation as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve estimating processes, project workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in estimating, project coordination, project management, technical sales support, or engineering administration, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience with Indoor DAS (Distributed Antenna System) design and project management is required.
- Hands-on experience using iBwave to review, interpret, and analyze DAS designs and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, PDF plans, blueprints, and engineering documentation.
- Experience preparing cost estimates, quotations, pricing proposals, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, wireless networks, or in-building connectivity solutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to support project management, documentation, and administrative workflows.
- Background in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience using AutoCAD, iBwave, or other RF/network design software.
- Knowledge of Indoor DAS deployment, wireless network infrastructure, RF design principles, and project lifecycle management.
- Previous experience supporting engineering, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, estimating software, or project management platforms is an advantage
