Position: Project Coordinator (Intermediate)

Your Role
- Schedule installations, service calls, and site visits
- Coordinate daily with field crews and subcontractors
- Submit and organize project photos and documentation
- Track project milestones and update internal systems
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and status updates
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed
- Escalate issues or delays to management
- Assist with general project coordination and administrative support
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Comfortable using CRM and project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 2+ years in project coordination, operations, construction admin, or similar role
- Experience working with customers, field crews or contractors preferred
- Experience in solar, construction, roofing, or service-based industries is a plus
