Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Starting salary of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000/month for qualified applicants (negotiable based on experience and upon interview) + complete mandated benefits upon hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Previous experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or technology projects is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, documentation management, and task tracking.
• Possess advanced computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, etc.) skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify risks, support issue resolution, and maintain project quality.
• Understanding of or interest in auxiliary systems, system integration, or related technical fields is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
• Willing to work on-site as required and conduct client meetings and site visits whenever necessary.
