The Project Coordinator at Cubework is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role plays a critical part in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal departments. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to support Cubework's operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, IT, and clients) to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize team productivity
- Drive process improvements and efficiency within project workflows
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience handling cross-functional projects
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations management
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in logistics, BPO, or corporate operations is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
